How Soorse Connects Your Events and Member Data Without Replacing the Tools You Already Use
· By The Soorse Team
Most organizations don't run on a single tool. You might sell tickets on Eventbrite, raise money on Givebutter, run your chamber calendar in ChamberMaster, and keep your team organized in Google or Outlook Calendar — with a CRM tracking members on top of all of it. Switching platforms means migrating years of history, retraining staff, and hoping nothing breaks. So most teams don't.
Soorse is built for that reality. Instead of asking you to abandon the tools you already trust, Soorse connects to them — pulling your events and member data in automatically so everything shows up in one place: your group page, your members' home feed, and the public Community Calendar. You keep your existing platforms. Soorse just makes them work together.
Event integrations: your calendar, everywhere your members already are
Soorse imports events from the platforms nonprofits, associations, and chambers already use, then keeps them in sync automatically on a daily schedule. Add an event once in the tool you already run — it appears on Soorse without double entry:
- Eventbrite — sync ticketed events and registration links from your Eventbrite organization.
- Givebutter — bring in fundraising campaigns and events so supporters can find them alongside everything else.
- ChamberMaster / GrowthZone — native event sync for chambers of commerce, straight from your existing member management software.
- Humanitix — import events from the ticketing platform that puts booking fees toward charity.
- Google Calendar — connect a shared calendar and keep your team's events flowing to your group automatically.
- Outlook Calendar — the same seamless sync for organizations running on Microsoft 365.
- OneCause — bring your fundraising events into the mix as your community grows.
Every imported event is deduplicated by its source, so re-running a sync never creates copies. Once an event lands on Soorse, it automatically surfaces in three places at once — no extra posting required.

CRM integrations: keep your system of record in sync
Your member data usually lives in a CRM, and that shouldn't change just because you added Soorse. Soorse syncs member information to and from the systems you use to manage relationships:
- Monday.com. Connect a Monday board and Soorse keeps your members in sync — matching on a stable ID so records are updated in place instead of duplicated. Sync a group's members on demand, or turn on daily automatic sync and let it run.
- Member CSV export. Need your data somewhere else? Export any group's active members — name, email, phone, company, title, location, and more — as a clean CSV that drops straight into the tool of your choice.
The result: Soorse becomes the place your community actually engages, while your CRM stays the source of truth it always was — without anyone re-keying data between the two.
Built to add the next integration quickly
Soorse's integrations all share the same foundation: a small, consistent client that talks to an external API, and a mapper that translates that platform's data into Soorse's own events and members. That design is deliberate. Adding a new source is mostly a matter of writing one new mapper — not rebuilding the system — so when a member organization runs on a tool we don't support yet, we can bring it on board fast.
If your events or member data live somewhere that isn't on the list above, that's usually a short conversation rather than a hard "no." The whole point is to meet your organization where it already works, then pull that data into a single trusted directory.
One directory, fed by the tools you already trust
You built your stack for good reasons. Soorse doesn't ask you to tear it down — it connects to it, so your events reach every member and your data stays consistent everywhere. See what's included for nonprofits, associations, and chambers of commerce, or review the pricing — Soorse is free for your organization.
