Start with the connections already available

Soorse already connects with event platforms and calendars, including Eventbrite, Google Calendar, and Outlook Calendar, as well as member-data tools such as Airtable and Monday.com. Your needs may be covered by an existing connection, or an existing integration may be a starting point for something more specific.

How we work with you

1. Tell us about your tools and your goal. Which system do you use today? What are you copying by hand, importing repeatedly, or struggling to keep current?
2. Define what should move and when. Together, we'll identify the records and fields involved, the direction of updates, and whether you need a one-time transfer or an ongoing sync. We'll also agree on what your team should review before changes or invitations go out.
3. Agree on the scope before work begins. We'll confirm feasibility, timing, any costs, and expectations for ongoing maintenance so you know what the project includes.
